Dental City Appoints Adam Swoverland as Chief Financial Officer

Green Bay, WI—October 7, 2026

GREEN BAY, Wis. — Dental City, a leading privately held dental supply distributor serving dental practices nationwide, announced the appointment of Adam Swoverland as Chief Financial Officer, adding a dedicated financial leadership role to support the company’s continued growth and long-term strategy.

Swoverland joins Dental City with more than 20 years of finance and business leadership experience, most recently serving as Vice President of Finance for U.S. AutoForce, one of the largest tire distributors in the United States. He previously served as Vice President of Finance at Breakthrough, a supply chain technology company, and as Treasurer of U.S. Venture, where he supported the company’s growth through strategic financial and capital management.

As an executive leader at both Breakthrough and U.S. AutoForce, he helped shape organizational strategy while leveraging data, analytics, automation, and insights that created stakeholder value — enabling growth-oriented organizations to move faster and smarter.

At Dental City, Swoverland will help strengthen the financial and operational foundation behind a growing dental supply distribution business supporting the company’s customers, manufacturer partners, employees, and continued investment in technology, service and distribution capabilities.

“Adam is the right leader for our next chapter,” said Jordan Lorenz, Chief Executive Officer of Dental City. “He pairs deep financial expertise with a genuine curiosity for understanding how businesses operate – how products move, how customers buy, and how data and technology can make it all work better. That perspective is especially valuable at Dental City as we continue to invest in our people, technology, dental distribution capabilities and the customer experience.”

“Dental City has built a strong reputation by combining the scale and capabilities of a national dental supply distributor with a high level of personal service,” said Swoverland. “I’m excited to build on that foundation and use my background in finance, data, and technology to support the company’s continued growth while creating value for customers, employees, and manufacturer partners.”

Swoverland completed the Emerging CFO Program at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, earned his MBA from Marquette University, and holds a BBA from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh. He is both a CFA charter holder and a Certified Public Accountant.
